ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Tatarstan Real Estate Exhibition is the only one in Tatarstan. It introduces a complex of real estate services, main purpose of which is to join interests of real estate owners, establishment of business contacts, and exchange of information about situation in the real estate market.
Among exhibitors are Kazan financial and investment organizations, banks, insurance companies, developers, investment funds, realtor agencies. Up-to-date financial products and services, consumer and mortgage crediting, mutual funds, bank deposits, insurance of various types of risks, brokerage, asset management are introduced in the section “Private finances”.

In 2010 more than 40 companies from Kazan, Moscow as well as from Bulgaria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Finland took part in the exhibition. Total number of exhibitors of the Autumn Construction Forum – 179 companies from Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, towns of the Russian Federation: Ekaterinburg, Buynaksk (Dagestan), Kaluga, Kirov, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-na-Donu, Samara, Tollyatti, Ufa, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary, the Republic of Mari El.
Exposition of the Forum was placed in two pavilions and in the open area of the exhibition center. Total square of the exposition was 1113 square meters.
More than 5000 people visited the forum. Among visitors of the exhibition are heads and specialists of construction companies, representatives of small and middle business, businessmen, dwellers and guests of Tatarstan.
According to results of survey, 80% of respondents partially reached the set goals and 70% are planning to take part in the work of the Autumn Construction Forum in 2011.

MARKET CHARACTERISTICS

The Republic of Tatarstan is the first Russian region that protected the program of dwelling building up to 2015. Following the achieved level of 2011-2013 the program provides for annual growth of construction volume no less than 5%, while since 2014 – 10% annual growth. Following the results of the program for 5 years 12 millions square meters have to be introduced. For 5 years Tatarstan plans to attract 22 mln. roubles from Agency for dwelling construction, Fund of cooperation to reformation in housing and communal services, Vneshekonombank.
Kazan Department of State Statistics informs us about the fact that according to results of this year Kazan is on the forth place among multi-million cities of the Russian Federation after Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Rostov-na-Donu by volume of house construction.
Kazan City is officially recognized as the third capital of Russia. Large projects are implemented in the sphere of construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. Social, cultural and sport facilities are being built, house construction is actively developing. In this connection interest of republican dwellers to all types of real estate is growing steadily. Real estate market of Tatarstan is one of the most perspective in Russia.
Number of developers is growing together with introduction of houses. Prices level in housing market makes investments into real estate more attractive for investors.
Forming of the office real estate market in Kazan is under way. The commercial real estate in fact has been formed with entry of Russian retail chain operators and opening of new trade centers. High hopes in the real estate market are given to the further development mortgage crediting, mother’s capital, and certificates of members of the Great Patriotic War.
Foreign real estate market is growing steadily and that is a good alternative for investing.
Thus, if professional marketing research is made, a potential investor has the real chance to find its position.

“Kazanskaya Yarmarka” Open Joint Stock Company is one of the biggest and dynamically developing exhibition centers of Russia, it is the member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is the first and unique exhibition center in the Russian Federation, which Quality Management System satisfies the International Standard ISO 9001-2008. On the territory of the exhibition center there are 3 pavilions which total area is 6700 square meters, VIP class pavilion of receptions and presentations, business center. Total square of the territory of the exhibition center is 12,1 hectares.
