On 22-25 September 2009 on the territory of Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Center the Autumn Construction Forum passed the 11th time. It was held under the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan City Municipality, Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan (Moscow), AVOC Non-Commercial Partnership (Moscow), Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State Architecture and Construction University, “BLIZKO remont” magazine. Aim of the Forum holding – solution of the main problems of construction sector on supply of the market with qualitative up-to-date materials and introduction of new projects and technologies.
In spite of influence of the world finance economic crisis, the Autumn Construction Forum demonstrated the latest developments in construction sphere, production and services of the leading Russian and foreign companies.
177 companies from Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as Moscow, St-Petersburg, Volzhsk, Ekaterinburg, Zheleznogorsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novocheboksarsk, Samara, Tollyatti, Taganrog, Ulyanovsk, Cheboksary took part in the work of the Autumn Construction Forum. Among foreign participants were companies from Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Finland.
Exposition of the Forum was presented in two pavilions and in open grounds of exhibition center. Total area of the exposition was 1066 sq.m.
3 exhibition projects passed within the limits of the 11th Autumn Construction Forum:
Dwelling 11th Specialized Exhibition is one of the most popular construction exhibition projects of the Volga Region. Subjects of the exhibition included almost all sectors of construction industry – from projection and building up objects of any kind till fitting out with up-to-date equipment and technics. Companies which are busy with interior design and decoration also took part in the work of the exhibition.
Engineering Communications of Buildings and Structures 3th Specialized Exhibition. Companies, which produce and supply specialized equipment in this branch, introduced models of the latest achievements of both domestic and foreign manufacture.
The largest association of the country in the sphere of engineering networks took part in the work of the exhibition:
- Association of engineers of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and construction thermal physics (AVOC Non-Commercial Partnership (Moscow);
Tatarstan Real Estate 6th International Specialized Exhibition is the only real estate exhibition in Tatarstan, aimed to unite interests of landowners, establishment of business contacts, exchange of actual information about situation in the real estate market – dwelling and commercial, joint solution of problems, connected with specific character of development of the real estate market, forming civilized attitude to the real estate market among inhabitants of the republic.
Leading finance and investment organizations, banks, insurance, developing, valuation companies, realtor agencies were introduced in the exhibition.
BUSINESS PROGRAM OF THE FORUM
Within the limits of business program of the Autumn Construction Forum under the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan the following measures by actual matters, touching problems and construction complex conditions were taken:
- The II All-Russian Conference on the topic: “Innovative systems of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and heat-power supply. Reconstruction and new construction”. Round table “From licensing to self-regulation of construction activity”. Organizer of these events - AVOC Non-Commercial Partnership (Moscow).
- “Beginning of self-regulation in the republic of Tatarstan” Seminar. Organizer - Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan.
- “The best product of the exhibition” Contest. Results of the contest were estimated by expert commission. Members of the commission – specialists of branch ministries and departments.
- “Designer’s idea in interior” Contest, supported by Kazan State Architecture and Construction University and “BLIZKO remont” magazine.
For the first time in Kazanskaya Yarmarka, during the work of the exhibitions, visitors and participants took part in the Drawing of certificate for 100 000 rub. It gives the discount for buying an apartment in the first family microdistrict “Solnechnyi Gorod” (“Sunny City”). The Drawing took place in the Ceremony of Closing of the Autumn Construction Forum on September 25 of 2009 on the territory of Kazanskaya Yarmarka.
Kazanskaya Yarmarka invites building companies to take part in the next construction project – Volgastroyexpo 15th International Specialized Exhibition in April 27-30, 2010.
